The Executive Committee consists of five (5) Officers elected by the general Membership each year at our General Meeting in October. The duties of the Executive Committee are administrative. These duties include reviewing proposed budgets, selecting vendors for budgeted items, reviewing and approving statements of HHWNC positions, handling personality conflicts between board members, and providing guidance to insure the well being of HHWNC. The Executive Committee meets on an as needed basis. All their meetings are open and attendance of committee chairs and stakeholders is welcome.
