Housing and Human Services, Planning and Support Issue Committee focuses on housing and sustaining life issues for Hollywood Hills West Neighborhood Council. This committee focuses on issues related to residential construction, renters, social & human services, housing and homelessness. It maintains a working relationship with Los Angeles City Planning Department and the Mulholland Scenic Parkway Design Review Board.
