Council President Garcetti joined the Hollywood Property Owners Alliance (HPOA) in announcing that NavigateHollywood.com, Hollywood’s first interactive way-finding website, has received an Award of Distinction from the International Downtown Association.  The site is a one-stop shop for information about public transit, parking, taxi, and bicycle facilities in Hollywood, and was developed and managed by HPOA.  The site was the first item completed on Council President Garcetti’s Hollywood Transportation Strategic Plan.

“I’m proud that NavigateHollywood.com has been recognized with this achievement award. This site is a great resource for visitors and residents seeking traffic and transportation information, and the e-mail and text notifications make it easy to stay up-to-date on street closures and special events,” said Council President Garcetti. “I hope that our experience developing NavigateHollywood.com can be helpful to other cities.”
