The 2010 LA Marathon will be coming through on Hollywood and Sunset Blvds in our NC area.

Updated Information; Street Closures-Parking-Participants-Maps


*Check your street for Temporary No Parking Signs - Cars will be towed !


*Hollywood and Sunset Blvds should re-open by 11:00 AM - 12 noon. 

*Farmers Market Hollywood - Ivar- Special Hours  11AM - 3PM

*To all our stakeholders running, biking and wheeling in this year's LA Marathon........ We're cheering for you!

 
We are trying to give everyone as much advance notice as possible, so you, your business and place of worship can plan accordingly.
 
Please help get this information to all residents, employees and customers in the vicinity of the Marathon route.

SUNDAY, MARCH 21,  2010   LA MARATHON  

HOLLYWOOD BLVD.
 
Mile 10   Hollywood Blvd and Bronson
Mile 11   Hollywood Blvd. and McCadden Pl.
 
*Street Closure  6 AM      All streets along the Marathon Route

The first runners expected on Hollywood Blvd by    7:40 - 7:50 AM
 
The last runners from the main group on Hollywood Blvd  9:15-9:30 AM


*Street Re-Open to through traffic on Hollywood      10:30 - 11:30 AM

AID Station Location:  Toilet facility will be located on Orange and Hawthorne 

 
SUNSET BLVD.
 
Mile 12   Sunset Blvd. and Vista St.
 
*Street Closure  6 AM
 
The first runners expected on Sunset Blvd  by               7:50 - 8:00 AM
 
The last runners from the main group on Sunset Blvd     9:30 - 9:45 AM

*Street Re-Open to street traffic on Sunset Blvd           11 AM - 12 noon

Aid Station Location:  Water Station for runners will be located on Sunset Blvd. between Gardner and Vista. 150-225 volunteers should be expected at Water Station locations, helping hand out out water to runners.

Folks are encouraged to come out and cheer the runners on as they pass by.
