SUBJECT: Draft Hollywood Community Plan Text  (16 MB)

This is the revised version of the Draft Hollywood Community Plan Text which was previously posted on the Planning Department's website on June 29, 2009. This current draft includes Chapter 5 – Community Facilities and Infrastructure, and a number of revisions which reflect a consideration of input received and minor corrections.

We hope to release the Draft Environmental Impact Report (DEIR), as well as the revised Draft Matrix of Existing, Planned and Proposed Land Use and the revised Draft "Q" Qualified Condition and "D" Development Limitation Appendix in August. Once the DEIR is published there will be a period for comments of a minimum of 45 days. During this time planning staff will brief Hollywood's neighborhood councils and other major stakeholder organizations on the contents of the Draft Community Plan and the DEIR.
