Terry Migliaccio currently is the Vice President, Leasing for CIM Group, focusing on the Hollywood and Highland entertainment and retail complex in Hollywood, CA. Prior to that he served as Leasing Manager in San Diego for the Westfield Corporation, Inc. As such he was responsible for all in-line specialty shop leasing for three superregional shopping centers, totaling over 1.4 million square feet of retail space. Mr. Migliaccio joined Westfield in 1998 and has also served as General Manager of UTC, an upscale, outdoor shopping center and Horton Plaza, a retail and entertainment complex both located in San Diego, California. Prior to that, he was with TrizecHahn Centers since 1988 and served as General Manager of Parkway Plaza, also in San Diego. As National Director of Marketing for TrizecHahn Centers, Mr. Migliaccio supervised the marketing of 20 shopping centers throughout the United States. This included the Grand Opening of Park Meadows in Denver, CO and the establishment of a
company-wide branded gift with purchase program. Prior to that, he served as Marketing Director for five shopping centers located in the Los Angeles, San Diego, and Las Vegas markets.
Mr. Migliaccio has won two of ICSC MAXI Awards and five MAXI Merit Awards during his career. He received his Certified Shopping Center Marketing Director (CMD) designation in 1991 and was awarded his Senior level CMD in 1995. He is a member of the John T. Riordan School for Professional Development – Marketing Institute.
