The proposal is sell beer and wine for on-site consumption\, and beer for off-site consumption. There would be 124 interior seats and 95 exterior seats on a second floor rooftop patio. There would be an additional 18 seats on a 395 square foot outdoor dining area. The proposed hours of operation would be 8 a.m. daily to 12:30 a.m. daily.
