DESCRIPTION:The Planning Department has issued a notice of a public hearing to be held by a hearing officer with regard to Faring Captial’s pending application to build two mixed use buildings there with retail space on the ground floor and apartments on floors 2 through 5.  The hearing will occur on Wednesday\, June 27\, 2018 at 9:30 a.m. in LA City Hall’s Room 1020. \n7500 Sunset Boulevard – is a 1.64 acre site along Sunset Boulevard’s south side which is bounded by Curson Avenue to the west and N. Gardner Street to the east. The site is in HHWNC’s Area 7 and City Council District 4. \nThe hearing notice includes a request that people coming to the hearing should use the 201 N.
