DESCRIPTION:Details: \nIntroduction to Hannah Cho\, Hollywood Deputy for Mitch O’Farrell\, Councilmember\, 13th District Discussion \nMs. Cho will introduce herself and provide a brief on Councilmember O’Farrell’s priorities for District 13. She will then take questions from Stakeholders. \n  \nLos Angeles Zoo Redevelopment Project- For Possible Motion \nDiscussion: Mr. Hans will discuss the proposed redevelopment of the LA Zoo on behalf of Friends of Griffith Park. Carol S. Armstrong\, Ph.D.\, may also be discussing on behalf of the Zoo. \nMotion: A motion may be proposed. Possible motions may include: 1) support for the project as currently planned\, 2) support for Alternative 1\, or 3) opposition to Zoo Vision Plan/Redevelopment. \n  \nArea 7 Revitalization Discussion \nDiscussion: In 2018 Los Angeles City Councilmember Mitch O’Farrell announced the creation of HEART of Hollywood\, an effort to improve Hollywood Boulevard\, within CD13. This is a multi-million-dollar initiative. Sunset Boulevard is also a “heart of Hollywood”. Sunset Boulevard is at the core of historic Hollywood\, and is vital to Hollywood’s past and future. HHWNC Area 7 and Environment Chair will discuss revitalization priorities within Area 7\, and see input from Stakeholders.
