On June 18\, the Council requested a report back. Possible motion and vote. \nb.      Home-Sharing Ordinance CF 14-1635-S2 (HSO):\, In December 2018\, the City Council adopted the Home-Sharing Ordinance (CF 14-1635-S2)\, establishing a regulatory framework to restrict short-term rentals to one’s primary residence\, in order to prevent the wholesale conversation of homes into rental properties. The proposal is sell beer and wine for on-site consumption\, and beer for off-site consumption. There would be 124 interior seats and 95 exterior seats on a second floor rooftop patio. There would be an additional 18 seats on a 395 square foot outdoor dining area. The proposed hours of operation would be 8 a.m. daily to 12:30 a.m. daily.
