DESCRIPTION:The next Area 2 committee meeting will be held on Wed\, March 4th at 6pm at the Nissan Dealership Conference Room Level 2 on Cahuenga Blvd. \nWe will hear a presentation by Theatre West regarding a request for funding for a community program this summer; and from the project management team for the development at 3902-3910 N. Kentucky & 3900 N. Fredonia. \nThis meeting is being held for the benefit of the residents in the surrounding area who might be affected by the development\, and/or anyone who has concerns about the project. The owner\, architect\, and planning consultant will be on hand to respond to your questions. \nThe Area 2 committee consists of HHWNC’s Area 2 Chair and stakeholders within the Universal City and Cahuenga Pass boundaries. \nClick here for the meeting agenda. DESCRIPTION:Have you wondered how our community in Cahuenga Pass will evolve over the next 20 years? What are some of the issues you face today and would like to see addressed as our community evolves? Come have your say on Monday\, Oct 28th at 6:00 PM when we will sit with Miles Orr and his team from the city’s planning division to discuss our concerns and hear the updates to the Southeast Valley Community Plan for our area. \nWe need to understand what the plan has in store for us in the Cahuenga Pass area and need to make sure City Planning is aware of our specific neighborhood concerns. This will be a great chance for us to be able to ask questions and discuss the possible upcoming changes with them in a smaller setting.
