The Area 3 Committee, and the PLUM Committee (which also includes the chairs of Business, Transportation, Environment, Infrastructure and Housing) of the HHWNC will be meeting Tuesday, February 4 via Zoom to discuss the new 7 story, 89 unit apartment project, with parking, open roof and commercial space planned at 1749 Las Palmas. The meeting with possible motion and vote, will follow the presentation, scheduled for 6:30 PM, during the Area 3 meeting.
