I first moved to Hollywood over 30 years ago in 1993 from North San Diego County where I grew up and worked at a Public TV station after attending Palomar College Film and Television program. I came to Hollywood to work on bigger and better TV shows and movies. I’ve specifically lived in Area 4 in Hollywood Hills West  for the last 25 years.

I’ve also worked as an Audio Visual Technician, Coordinator and Supervisor at the Loews (formerly Rennaissance) Hotel, The Ovation Center, The Ray Dolby Ballroom and The Roosevelt Hotel for the last 13 years.

My main background is in Film and TV Production and I have also worked a lot in Public Television and Educational programs including directing the live weekly cablecasts of City Council Meetings for the cities of Oceanside, Carlsbad and Solano Beach, California in the early 1990’s which has given me a desire to be involved with local and city government and make life better in the neighborhoods we live.

As a lecturer in CSULA Geosciences and Environment department (former Geography and Urban Analysis department), I believe that I can mitigate some of our concern as residents, and help attract businesses into our area that work with our unique neighborhood character.
