Presentation by Mathew Hayden. Discussion 

 The owner for the proposed restaurant is requesting extended hours of operation from 10:00 AM – 4:00 AM daily, With two outdoor dining patios, to serve a full line of alcoholic beverages.  The owners are also requesting a reduction of required parking from 18 spaces to 13 spaces and to allow off-site parking within 3,500 feet by valet service.
