Our Neighborhood Council has had little growth and we need to reach out to more stakeholders, through mass mailings, brochures and banners. The committee needs $1,000.00 dollars that would go to the purchase of postcards, brochures and a traveling banner with stand for the purpose of reaching more stakeholders. (Possible Motion and Vote)

Called the meeting to order 6:45 p.m.
Spoke about the special meeting for PLUM and the due dates for comment end dates on 8150 Sunset Boulevard and 7107 Hollywood Boulevard.
Spoke about the Candidate forum that will be held on January 27th at NBC Universal.
Made a motion and vote to ask the board to approve up to $3,000.00 for outreach materials to include flyers, newsletters, give a-ways and post cards. Vote was 5 yes and 0 no.
Darren Embry, the representative for 7500 Sunset Boulevard, introduced himself and was interested in community input.
