I wanted to let you and the rest of the Hollywood Hills West Neighborhood Council know about Assemblymember Nazarian’s upcoming Renter’s Rights Workshop. The virtual event will be on Thursday, Sept. 30th from 6:00pm-8:00pm and will educate renter’s on how to apply for ERAP, the state eviction moratorium, allowable rent increases, RSO’s, and how to file a compliant with the LA Housing Department.
