- Whitley Heights Civic Association’s proposal to install lighting in the “picnic groves” eastern adjacent to Hollywood Bowl Parking Lot D
- 1905 Grace Avenue ꟷ AA-20167-0829-PMLA, the recent historic addition to city historic sites, has applied to build three more homes on a small lot subdivision.
- 6650 Franklin Avenue ꟷ ENV-2017-1504-EAF, the owners of the Montecito are looking to build additional housing to this historic building.
