Issue Committee 3: The Business Development, Planning and Support Committee represents the entire Neighborhood Council area, but focuses on issues of interest between the business and resident stakeholders in the area including the following: encouraging business improvement districts, continued redevelopment of the commercial core, business expansion, employee/employer parking problems, zoning regulations, and liquor license issues. The committee will encourage presentations of major commercial projects and expansions within its boundaries. The main geographic areas of interest are the Hollywood Boulevard core from Cahuenga West to Fairfax, and the Universal City/Forest Lawn commercial core.
